About Furzedown Litfest
Welcome to Furzedown Litfest!
Furzedown’s first literary festival was founded in 2025. The festival is the brainchild of a group of local residents with a passion for literature, created to celebrate the wealth of talent from this corner of South London.
Diversity and inclusion lay at the heart of this inaugural event. Writers came from a wide range of backgrounds and covered topics ranging from politics and espionage to neurodiversity and children’s books.
